So My New House – For Reals This Time

Well I have actually put a deposit down now on my new house and now I just have to wait a bit to get referenced (I have been told this should be OK as long as I work where I say I do and don’t have a crap load of debt – which I don’t thank god).
My mind is already racing with ideas of what I can put inside and what furniture to get! The main thing I have come to realise is that I have a lot of CD’s and when I say a lot I mean nearly 600. This takes up quite a lot of space in normal CD racks because even decent sized ones only hold about 200. So I’ve been looking at full height racks that go up rather out to save some space and there really doesn’t seem to be much like that. Anybody have any ideas?
At least I have my sofas sorted out so I don’t have to worry about that but I do have to buy all the white goods for the kitchen. Fridge or fancy coffee table? Washing machine or a gun lamp? Sometimes I hate having to buy things you need rather than things you want!
It also has a fairly large garden that is a bit of a mess atm but I’m sure with a few flowers and a clean up it can be BBQ central.

Rotating Skyscraper

Dubai is known for going all out when it comes to architecture, I mean when everyone else builds big skyscrapers they go out and build a huuuge skyscraper that puts all others to shame! The burj is a magnificent building though and it shows they can do some crazy things if they want and at the moment it looks as if they want to build a rotating skyscraper!
This video shows what they hope to achieve and if they manage to pull it off then kudos to them! the day they do I’ll be booking my flights to Dubai straight away and taking a good hard look at just how in hell they managed to pull it off. Hopefully the pull it off in time for the next Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, then I can kill two birds with one stone!
