This is very cool and an awesome use of an old upright piano!

I’ve talked about car based furniture before but I recently came across this post about some home made tables made using car bits but what interested me most was the fact they were all made into furniture using wooden bases rather than the very industrial metal look that most car based pieces feature.

So far the person has made a small table out of a wheel and a very cool large coffee table made out of the rear tailgate to a beat up and rusty VW Caddy. They are very cool pieces and I love the tailgate table was left with all its dents and rusty charm, and obviously I guess it could be done for any make of tailgate!
