This is something I’ve been asking myself recently and I think the answer is a definite yes but only if you get something tailor made and most importantly keep it sparkly clean at all times! There is nothing worse than a grotty plain rectangle fish tank shoved in the corner of a room, it just never looks good!
So really if you want some Fish make sure there house is just as cool as your own house!
You could go for the not very sophisticated but oh so very geeky and cool fish tank bubbles like this…
Or you could go for the really cool and practical Fish tank table
Or the similarly cool and space saving sink-tank!
Or you could just go down the comedy route and get a toilet tank!
If you are thinking about getting custom made tank installed in your house you might think about getting some inspiration from the glitzy excess normally found in Dubai. The huge Dubai Mall has a massive 2.5 million gallon aquarium as a showpiece, which houses over 33,000 fish! It looks stunning…
But before you go booking your flights to Dubai to search for the builders you might want to read this Telegraph article that says how it has sprung a leak! Can you imagine the water pressure of 2.5 million gallons of water… Must have been a pretty scary day for people in the Mall!

Hello, I am thinking about getting a sink tank. I have a reasonable question to ask though, how do I clean my sink tank or feed the fish inside it?
