So the London Fashion Week is well and truly over now but if you want to relieve the sounds of the catwalks you can do now because there has been an officially released London Fashion Week album. It has been released by the British Fashion Council and is a compilation of songs selected UK designer Matthew Williamson and were chosen to help celebrate the “creative relationship between fashion and music”.
Williamson said that his musical choices were influenced by the moment when “the lights go down and the music begins at a fashion week show” and how selecting the right music is crucial to expressing some of the inspiration behind a collection.
